1. What’s your role at LSC?
Executive Assistant is my position. Typical duties I have at work include:
· Directly assisting the boss in her day-to-day business activities.
· Monitoring suppliers' and consumers' payments.
· Having the duty to collaborate with stakeholders professionally.
Furthermore, I find and check bright people as part of my job as a recruiter; the most important role is standing behind interior designers.
2. What do you like the most about working at LSC?
I love almost everything here. The international workplace environment and multi-culture give me an unlimited chance to challenge myself and be a better me every day. The chilling office and the tropical house with a green garden and sparkling pool are my remedies for keeping calm during a hectic day. Finally, the key to happiness is my cool colleagues, they are the ones who make me laugh, keep me always positive, and bring me peace of mind. Especially I love our interns.
3. When do you feel the happiest at LSC?
The feeling of accomplishment is the most delightful. When we finally handed over to the customer the whole project, we saw their happy face and the finished design that took us months of work. Imagine how amazing it is when you follow up the whole process and see the ideas come true, that’s satisfying.
4. What is special about people at LSC?
Their ability to multitask amazes me a lot, and I can feel my multitasking skill is improving sharply every day. Next is their independent minds. They are decisive, open-minded, and especially extremely funny. All LSC members are always ready to work and support each other.
5. Describe LSC in three words.
LSC is more than three words, but if I have to choose 3, there will be: Young, Talented, and Confident.

6. Random facts about you?
I like reading books (specifically, novels) and enjoying coffee while letting my mind dive into the story. I am a true bookworm and a traditional coffee lover.
7. Can you share some of your hobbies or passions?
Phuong Bui at Thac K50, Gia Lai
Camping and trekking are my recent hobbies on holidays or weekends. These are the places where I can feel more than myself at a time, and explore my potential abilities. Escape from the real world, release stress, charging energy then I can come back to work with fulfilled positive energy.
